Known for their winding streets and Moorish facade, this neighborhood is emblematic of the historical city. The apartment for rent is a duplex and its best feature is the rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture, where tenants can spend time with roommates and friends. This 70 m2 apartment is a 12-minute walk from the University of Granada's Fuentenueva Campus, making it a perfect option for students.

- The biggest highlight of the apartment is its sunny rooftop terrace. Tenants have views of the Granada rooftops and mountains.
- The apartment is a duplex and very well-distributed, with bedrooms 2 and 3 located upstairs.
- All the bedrooms are exterior and thus very luminous.
- The street on which the apartment is located is one of the most important and popular in Granada.
- The bathroom has a heating unit to keep tenants warm during the winter months.
