Spotahome's opinion
This bright studio apartment has a floor area of 30 m² and opens out onto a lovely balcony with street views. The main room is equipped with a double bed, dining table, television and storage space. There is also a small but functional kitchen and a modern bathroom.
One of the best features of the apartment is its privileged location across the road from Plaza del Carmen, home to Granada's City Hall. You will find many of the city's attractions within walking distance, including the stunning cathedral which is only 3 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives a lot of natural light, with windows on both sides.
- The bathroom is very nicely presented and has a window that can be opened for fresh air.
- The balcony gets a lot of sun, and you can even catch a glimpse of the Alhambra!
- The location in the heart of downtown is ideal to enjoy all the amazing city has to offer.
- Several buses stop nearby, but you will be able to walk to most places!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is compact and does not have an oven, but is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, half refrigerator and cooking and dining utensils.
