Luminous exterior rooms for students or postgraduates only, in a wonderful 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Granada city centre. The 90m2 apartment consists of sunny bedrooms and a fantastic communal kitchen and living area. Located on a typical central street, the apartment is close to many plazas, clubs and restaurants and just a short walk away from Calle Recogidas shopping street. Due to several bus routes operating in the area, you will also have easy access to University of Granada, Granada train station and the scenic Alhambra.
What we liked the most
- WiFi and cleaning services are free: a gift from the landlady!
- Air conditioning is provided in the apartment, perfect for summer stays.
- Due to their exterior street view, each room is extremely luminous.
- You will be living in a central part of Granada, close to plenty of shops, clubs and restaurants.

Landlord policies
The non-English speaking landlady does not live on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid by cash. Additional beds can be added in the rooms for extra 15€ per night, however, the landlady only allows one additional person in each room. The landlady only accepts students or postgraduate students.
Tenants will be charged a 30€ fee at the end of the stay to cover utility bills of the previous month. Tenants aged between 20 and 30 years only.
