5 brand new rooms for rent in shared interior apartment in Ronda area, with easy access to University of Granada Fuentenueva campus. The recently refurbished 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is a perfect choice for students. Communal areas include a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with patio access. You will be living close to the university, in a student-friendly area, and can reach the city centre in just a few minutes with a bus. The area of the apartment is 130m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment features a brand new furniture.
- To minimize the noise, the laundry area is located in the patio.
- The living room is comfortable, also featuring a dining table.
