This cozy 1-bedroom apartment on Avenida lopez cantarero ballesteros is a great place to call home. It even has a private balcony, so you can step outside and enjoy the Spanish sun right from your own home. The combined living and dining room has a sofa, love seat, television, and a dining table with chairs. There's a window that lets natural light fill this room. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious enough, with plenty of cabinet and counter space. The washing machine is located here, too. The bedroom has a double bed and a bright window with a street view.
Located outside Granada, there is still plenty to do in this area. You're right next door to the Recinto Ferial Park, so you can get outside and enjoy some fresh air anytime you want. If you're into fitness, the GOfit health club is just a 7-minute walk from your front door. For those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, head across the street to Restaurante Pizzería La Fiorentina for some delicious Italian cuisine. Within just a few minutes' walk from your new home, you have a post office, florist, cosmetic store, bakery, and the Centro Estetica Laura Ramos shopping mall.
