This is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment in the centre of Seville.
The apartment is open-plan with a kitchen and joint living room. There is a large L-shaped sofa for comfort, plus storage space, an AC unit plus a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living room overlooks a public square and has windows across the wall. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs, and the kitchen follows - it has an electric stove, oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage and counter space for convenience. There is also a "wardrobe" for appliances including a microwave and more storage space. The bathroom follows, with a dobule-sized shower cubicle and also a washing machine.
The bedroom is a large space with a double bed, some bedside cabinets and a huge built-in wardrobe for all your clothes! The room also has a study area, with 2 desks and chairs, plus a shoe cupboard, extra wardrobe and access to a small private balcony.
The property is close a supermarket and also a selection of good cafes, bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- There is so, so much storage space. No clutter here.
- The shower is huge.
- As is the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.
- The kitchen has everything you need.
- There are great views overlooking a public square.
- There is fiber optic internet installed, providing a high speed connection.
