The rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom 2-story house on Watermill Park are perfect for female postgrad students and professionals. Walking through the front door, you'll find a hallway and staircase. At the end of this hall, you’ll discover the open-plan common areas of the kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space and includes a dishwasher. The living room also has plenty of shelving and is furnished with a cozy sofa. With a large window and a sliding door leading to a beautiful patio garden, you can enjoy the sunlight and a nice view. On the second floor, you’ll find the bedrooms, as well as a shared shower room and a separate toilet.
The neighborhood of Raheny, in Dublin's North Central Area, is located to the northeast of downtown. It’s a quiet area that’s only a 25-minute walk to Bull Island on Dublin Bay, and only 6 minutes away from the beautiful St. Anne’s Park. The house is located in a fairly quiet residential part of the neighborhood, but everything you need is just minutes away. Down the street is a Costcutter store. Within a 6-minute walk you’ll find banks, a pharmacy, health club, a few pubs and restaurants, as well as a SuperValu supermarket.
What we liked the most
- You can socialize with other tenants or entertain guests in the common living area, as well as on the garden patio.
- There is a golf course on Bull Island, and a tennis court is located just 7 minutes away.
- St. Anne’s Park is a lovely place to get away, and has an historical clock and beautiful rose garden.
- There are a few pubs and restaurants where you can get a bite to eat, and supermarkets are close by.
