Located on St Brendan's Park in Artane, Dublin's North Central Area, two rooms are available for rent in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom two-storey house, complete with a garden and a garage. Along with having a picturesque green front entrance, this house consists of a back garden, colourful living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a shared bathroom and an extra toilet room, two rooms belonging to the live-in landlord and his wife and two bedrooms, furnished with double beds and storage space. The nearby bus station can easily take you into the city centre in just 25 minutes.
