The house has a relatively large living room which provides access to the garden. The clean kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, and there are 2 complete bathrooms to share between tenants.
Phibsborough is a neighbourhood situated in the area of Stoneybatter. The property is located very close to the city centre — Dublin's high street, historical landmarks and well-known pubs are all within walking distance from the house. The house is ideal for students, as Trinity College Dublin is an approximate 23-minute walk away.
