The flat is in a superb location, right in the centre of the city, on Parnell Street. From here you could walk to Trinity College Dublin in about 15-minutes. For convenience, the location is unparalleled – the property is above Ilac Shopping Centre! Shopping, bars, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, banks, pharmacies, cinemas... everything is within a short walk from here.
