This studio available to rent has been completely renovated and is in the central neighborhood of Ixelles. The studio, with an area of 35 m², is distributed into a main room, balcony, and separate kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished including a double bed, sofa, dining table, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped and leads to the full bathroom.

Ixelles is known for being a lively and multicultural area of Brussels. The apartment is on a quiet street, but you are less than a 5-minutes walk to a cinema, restaurants, and various shops. There are multiple bus stops nearby, as well as a metro station.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is completely renovated and is very well-decorated.
  • The apartment has a private balcony.
  • The kitchen is very spacious for a studio and has beautiful wooden counters.
  • The bathroom has a mirror which also doubles as storage space.
  • There is a laundry room located in the building.
  • You can reach the closest metro station is less than 5 minutes.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it is equipped with a microwave and electric stove.
