A stylish, 48m² studio apartment is available to rent in Brussels's EU area. The property itself is spacious, consisting of a main room which serves as a partially equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom. The interior is exceptionally bright, owing to the large, wall-sized window in the main room.

Brussels's EU area is lively and in the centre of everything. The European Quarter is approximately 14 minutes away, ideal for those working for the European Commission. There are plenty of bars, cafés, shops and restaurants nearby, and Schuman train and metro station are nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very bright, with a wall-sized window that lets in natural light and fresh air.
  • The bathroom has a bathtub.
  • The kitchen can be folded away like a cupboard.
  • The property is ideal for commuters, Schuman train and metro station is nearby.
  • The Cinquantenaire Park is 8 minutes away and makes for an excellent substitute for a back garden.
