The apartment is on Avenue du Prince Héritier in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. The local area is lively, filled with a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Parc du Cinquantenaire is 19 minutes away, and Joseph.-charlotte metro station is 6 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The windows have double glazing, to keep the noise out and the heat in.
  • This spacious house is spread over 3 floors.
  • All bedrooms are a decent size.

Things to keep in mind

  • The oven in the kitchen is quite small.
  • The apartment has no living room, but the kitchen has a sofa and the bedrooms are all a good size.
