This rooms have recently been completely renovated, and are situated in a shared home complete with a peaceful garden. The property is to be shared with the live-in landlords, who also rents out a studio in the same house. The 3-storey house has a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom which is to be shared with the live-in landlords and your housemates..

Welcome to Uccle, a calm, tranquil, residential neighbourhood that is located to the south of Brussels's city centre. The local area has plenty of greenery, including Parc de Wolvendael which is 11 minutes away. The property is close to several shops, bars, cafés and restaurants that cater to all tastes and budgets. The property is well connected - trams and buses are both readily available. You can also walk to Uccle-Stalle train station which is 16 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • Uccle-Stalle rail station can be reached in 16 minutes.
  • You will have access to the garden.
  • The interior of the property is vibrant and colourful, it has plenty of character.
  • The St Gilles area can be reached in 5 minutes by tram.

Things to keep in mind
