Spotahome's opinion

This 42 m² apartment located on the ground floor on Avenue de la Renaissance is fully furnished, has much natural light and a spacious living an dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is plenty of space to host get-togethers for your friends and family. There is a private terrace with access to a large garden, which you share with other the tenants of the house, to enjoy sunny mornings and warm afternoons.

Brussels' European District is home to the EU headquarters and is right by the city center. Just outside your door you have the famous and beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire and the charming streets around you are home to many small shops and restaurants. The close proximity to local transport means you are well connected to the entire city.

What we liked the most

  • The double bedroom comes with a huge standalone wardrobe which provides tons of storage space.
  • There is a very spacious living and dining area.
  • The private terrace with access to the large communal garden.
  • You can access a common laundry room for a small price.
  • Parc du Cinquantenaire, a large and gorgeous park, is right outside your door
