This sophisticated, 70m ², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Avenue de la Chasse in Etterbeek. The apartment is tastefully decorated in a warm, welcoming style that will make you feel at home as soon as you move in. Well furnished, and well equipped, it included both a washing machine and a dryer. You will also have your own garden!

Etterbeek is a central district of Brussels, popular with students and professionals alike. You will be living centrally in the neighbourhood, a short walk from the European Parliament, and with lots of useful amenities close by, including a Carrefour Express grocery store. Also nearby is the large and beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire, which makes a great place to walk in the sun.

  • It is great to have access to a garden, which has high walls to maintain privacy.
