A contemporary studio apartment is available to rent in Brussels, not far from the EU Quarter. The spacious property is ultra modern and very stylish, decorated throughout with new furniture. There is a living area with a sofa bed and dining table, a very large kitchen with new appliances, and an ample bathroom with a walk-in shower. The double bed is separated from the rest of the studio by a screen. There is a shared laundry area in the building.

You will be living a 15-minute walk from the EU Quarter. Place Dailly, just outside the apartment, has lots of nice shops and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • We are amazed by how much space this 50m² studio has!
  • All the furniture and appliances are very new and designer.
  • The kitchen has all the appliances you could need including a dishwasher and a small oven.
  • The property is a 15-minute walk from the EU institutions.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a shared laundry area which features a washing machine and dryer.
