This very bright and spacious 1-bedroom duplex apartment is available to rent on Rue Ortélius in the EU district. The apartment comprises a large, open plan living area and kitchen downstairs, with modern pine furniture and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is modern, large, and very well equipped, with plenty of storage space and all the mod cons. There is also a dining table that seat up to 6 people. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom, like the rest of the apartment is modern and includes a shower over the bathtub.
The location is ideal for a civil servant working at the European Parliament, which is just a few minute's walk away. Nearby you can find some useful amenities on Rue de la Loi, including banks and some cafes. There are other shops on nearby streets, including grocery stores, and best of all, you will be just moments from the beautiful Square Marie Louise, a picturesque lake surrounded by trees and overlooked by old buildings.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very spacious and bright.
- All of the furnishings and fittings are modern and new.
- Ideal for a person working at the European Parliament, as it is just a short walk away.
- You can find plenty of local amenities nearby, and a beautiful public square with a lake and fountains.
