This newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Madou/Saint Josse is ready for the next tenants. If the nice entrance haven't made an impression on you then you will be impressed by the clean and tidy bathroom with its new shower unit, cabinets and combo washer/dryer. The toilet is separated which is great if you have to share the apartment with someone who is on the same morning schedule as you. The bedroom has lots of wardrobe space, a double bed, TV in the room, desk and there is an internal window which looks out into the living area. This can be blocked by blinds or opened for light as there is no external windows in the room. The kitchen is open planned with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates and cups. The living room has street views (but the window are double glazed), dinning table, another TV, couch and lamps.

The apartment is in a super nice location, close to the city center and plenty of transports. You can walk to Parc de Bruxelles and stroll through the gardens in your spare time. Bruxelles-Luxembourg is a 20 minute walk away for all your intercity travels and you have Carrefour express a 2-minute walk in the direction of the metro.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is super clean, newly renovated so everything is brand new and you can be the first person to live there.
  • The unit is provided with linen so it is almost like a hotel.
  • It is located in a great area with transport nearby and restaurants on every corner.
