A quirky and original 68 m² 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Saint-Gilles area close to the centre of Brussels. The apartment feels both rustic and modern, tastefully decorated with wooden floors and furnishings, and has a cosy bedroom space located beneath the eaves of the roof.

Saint-Gilles​ is a buzzing and dynamic area where expats go if they want a taste of authentic Brussels life. From the striking Art Nouveau architecture to the more relaxed Garde du Midi, there is plenty going on including the Victor Boin swimming pool Turkish baths, the ideal way to start a Saturday morning.

What we liked the most

  • The property is very characterful, with its roof beams, wooden furniture and art works.
  • The roof windows let in plenty of natural light to help the apartment to feel spacious.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • The property is located close to the tramlines which will make travel around the city quick and easy.
  • Saint Gilles is a diverse area with plenty going on to suit all moods and tastes.

Things to keep in mind
