This 70 m², 1-bedroom apartment in the European Quarter has high ceilings and opens out onto a balcony. The bright property is nicely decorated and offers 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower, 2 living areas and a kitchen with all you need to cook.

The apartment is located in the Schuman area, within walking distance of the European institutions. This nice neighbourhood offers numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and there are also good transport links to other parts of the city.

What we liked the most

  • Tenants will have access to a garden that is shared with another apartment.
  • The elegant bedroom has 2 wardrobes and a large window that lets in good natural light.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a dishwasher.
  • The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and offers lovely garden views.
  • Parc du Cinquantenaire is a short walk away.
