The 56 m² property is move-in ready completely furnished including paintings, rugs, and more. The living room has a couch, dining table, shelving, and a television and opens up onto a balcony that keeps it bright and fresh. There is a small kitchen that comes fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space. The bedroom is quite spacious and has a desk and large built-in wardrobe.
Ludwigkirchstraße is a lovely tree-lined street where you have a cafe, ice cream shop, and several restaurants. On the nearby streets you can also find many more dining options and other basic amenities such as a pharmacy and grocery store. You have a bus stop nearby and a U-bahn station just 7 minutes away.
