This modern and elegant 1-bedroom apartment, which is 52 m², is available to rent in Wilmersdorf and is ideal for a couple or an individual. The apartment has a wood flooring, a brand new kitchen, and spacious rooms providing a cozy, move-in ready home. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a spacious bathroom, and a large bedroom and living room. The living room is furnished with a couch, dining table for 4, a flat-screen TV, and opens up onto a a balcony.
Although Wilmersdorf is located outside the city center, you have a U-bahn station 2 minutes away that provides great connections. On Hohenzollerndamm, you are in a residential area where you are no more than a 20-minute walk from Kurfürstendamm where you will find fashionable shopping, tasty dining and great entertainment venues. When in need of some fresh air you can make use of the balcony, or take a stroll to nearby Preußenpark.
What we liked the most
