This three-bedroom, one-bathroom all-female apartment offers three fully furnished rooms for rent. With a floor area of 85 sqm, this flat is very well-equipped for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. It offers wi-fi, electric heating, a full kitchen with an oven, and a spacious shared living area with a dining table and television. The interior flat also features two balconies, one that can be accessed from bedroom 1, and one adjoining the living area. The apartment has a convenient location on Carrer del Capità Arenas, in the neighbourhood of Sarrià, close to the train, metro and several buses. Avenida Diagonal, Pedralbes Centre Shopping Mall, and a Corte Ingles are only 10 minutes from the flat, and Camp Nou Stadium, home to the Barcelona FC, is only 20 minutes away on foot.

- The spacious living area receives abundant natural light, opening out onto a balcony with pleasant street views.
- This common area is also equipped with a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa and television, where you can rest and spend time with your flatmates.
- The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and two storage cabinets for towels and toiletries.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, microwave and oven.
Things to keep in mind
- Smoking is permitted in the flat, so you will need to be comfortable with potentially sharing a home with smokers.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior, with windows overlooking a light-well.
- Bedroom 3 is exterior, with a balcony facing Carrer del Capità Arenas, so you can expect some street noise.
- Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
