The flat is extremely spacious with a total area of 244m2 and tenants will share the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a living room complete with a flat-screen TV. The apartment features high ceilings and beautiful tiling on the floors, and 6 of the rooms have balconies that face the courtyard or the street. The surrounding area, El Born, is one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Barcelona. You'll find everything from historical monuments, stores, and bars all within walking distance. These rooms would be perfect for young professionals or students who want to live in the heart of the city and have a lively home to come back to at the end of the day!

What we liked the most

  • Though a small detail, we love the different tiling on the floor. There are various designs and this adds a very unique character to the clean apartment.
