Located in the city center of Barcelona in the historical neighborhood of El Born, this 8 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has 8 rooms with double beds for rent. The flat is extremely spacious with a total area of 244m2 and tenants will share the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a living room complete with a flat-screen TV. The apartment features high ceilings and beautiful tiling on the floors, and 6 of the rooms have balconies that face the courtyard or the street. The surrounding area, El Born, is one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Barcelona. You'll find everything from historical monuments, stores, and bars all within walking distance. These rooms would be perfect for young professionals or students who want to live in the heart of the city and have a lively home to come back to at the end of the day!
What we liked the most
- The apartment comes with full amenities, including a washing machine and a dryer to do your laundry. You'll never run out of clean clothes!
- The flat is extremely central: the neighborhood of El Born is full of action and historical sites all around.
- Utilities, including wi-fi and weekly cleaning of the common zones, is included in the rental price.
- There is a dining area in the kitchen for you to enjoy your meals.
- As you'll be sharing the flat with 7 other tenants, you're sure to make friends during your stay in Barcelona.
- All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, allowing tenants to stretch out after a long day!
- Though a small detail, we love the different tiling on the floor. There are various designs and this adds a very unique character to the clean apartment.
- Each room has an independent key for added security.
