This comfy apartment is very well-equipped and offers a very clean and tidy living space. Shared rooms include a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and a sunny terrace. This exterior home is located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes street, in the neighborhood of Poble Sec, a picturesque residential area very well-communicated to the rest of the city by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The sunny living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a TV, making it a great room for relaxing with your roommates at the end of a busy day.
  • Alternatively, you can hang out in the huge terrace, where you will find a comfy sofa, a coffee table and some chairs, allowing you to make the most of this lovely outdoor space.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a good range of appliances and cooking utensils, and offers good storage space.
  • There is a handy gallery adjacent to the kitchen where you can keep your suitcases or other items you don't need to keep with you in your room.

Things to keep in mind

  • Both bedrooms are interior. Bedroom 1 has a window overlooking an interior patio, and bedroom 2 has an internal window overlooking the kitchen.
  • Bedroom 2 doesn't have a wardrobe.
