There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Lluis Borrassa, Sant Marti. The apartment has a large kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your meals, and there is also a cozy living area with a table and chairs, television and sofa.

In the area of Sant Marti, this apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the Diagonal Mar, a large shopping centre, as well as the Natural History Museum. The Campus Diagonal–Besòs of the School of Engineering is also located nearby, and you will find good public transport links to travel around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is very modern, well equipped, and has plenty of storage space for all your food/utensils.
  • The balcony has a great view of the surrounding public parks.
  • The shared living area has a large window, which lets a lot of natural light into the apartment.
  • Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom, and there is a second bathroom to be shared between rooms 1 and 3.
  • From this apartment, it's just a 20-minute walk out to the waterfront.
