If you are a person who loves terraces, look no further. This 3 bedroom apartment has around 30 m² of terrace area filled with flowers. It is perfect for hosting brunch, parties, or reading a book in the lovely weather of Barcelona. If this does not convince you to move in, the apartment also has a beautiful and spacious living room. All the rooms are also decorated in an elegant manner.
The area has a lot of restaurants and bars such as La Morera or El Flaco within close proximity. If you like culture and nature, Restos del Muro de Berlin is beautiful with rich history and it is located only 10 minutes walk away. There is also another park, Monumento a Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente, within 7 minutes walking distance. Thus, there are always things to do in the area !
