This is a classy and spacious apartment with a room to rent in Santi Martí, Barcelona. You will share the property with a live-in couple. The apartment also has a terrace with street views.

The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, a heating unit and a standalone wardrobe. It also has a window to the interior patio. The apartment has a large and modern living room, with a sofa, television and dining table. The living room also has floor length windows to let in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is a stylish and fully-equipped space, with an oven, electric stove, washing machine and plenty of storage.

Sant Martí is a district fairly close to the beaches of Barcelona, and also the city centre. You can find all your necessary amenities close by, including restaurants and bars just across the road!
