With a floor area of 110 sqm, this modern and stylish apartment offers a comfortable and convenient living space, and it is ideal for students. Tenants will share use of a full kitchen with a dining table, 2 bathrooms and a living area with a television.

This apartment is located on Carrer de Pi i Margall, in the neighbourhood of Gràcia. The Sagrada Família is within walking distance from the apartment and Avenida Diagonal is 15 minutes on foot. There is a metro station a 2-minute walk away enabling easy access to other parts of the city.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is in an excellent condition as it has been recently renovated.
  • The fully-equipped kitchen offers lots of storage and a dishwasher.
