This stylish home is in a historic building that has been fully renovated and offers all the comforts you would expect from a brand new home, including a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a top quality shower, central heating and air-conditioning. This 50 sqm exterior flat also features a laundry room with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a pleasant living area with a television, and two balconies with beautiful street views. The apartment is located on Carrer d'En Bot, a few meters from an attractive square called Plaça de la Vila de Madrid, where you will find a museum, a grass area with trees, some benches and a children's playground. Plaça de Catalunya is five minutes from the flat, and the University of Barcelona is only 1km away.

What we liked the most

  • This comfortable flat has been recently renovated and is equipped with modern furniture and appliances.
  • There are three small balconies overlooking Carrer d'En Bot.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
  • There is a large table which could be used as a place to dine, or as a desk to study or work.
  • In the spacious laundry room you will find the washing machine, a sink and a portable rack to dry your washing.
  • The modern bathroom has an hydromassage shower, ideal to relax at the end of a busy day.
  • The bedroom has a large built-in closet, a double bed, and two bedside tables with lamps.
  • The apartment has a great location close to Las Ramblas and public transport.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom has a window facing the road, and though it is a quiet street, you can expect some outside noise.
