This 1 bedroom apartment has an upscale feel, with beautiful parquet floors, stylish decorations and quality furniture and finishings throughout. This functional home comes with all those must-haves required for a pleasant stay: a comfy bed, a washing machine, a modern bathroom, a TV, heating, A/C and a space to cook your meals. It is located on Ronda del General Mitre, a busy avenue in the neighborhood of Gràcia, 2 minutes from metro station Lessep. Within this great central location you will find all types of shops and services within an easy walk. One of the main attractions in the area is the impressive Jardins del Turó del Putxet, an elevated park from where you can enjoy of breathtaking views over Barcelona. This apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 50 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom is ample and comfortable. It is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe with shelves, drawers and space to hang your clothes.
  • In the sunny living area you will find a TV, a bookcase, a dining table for 4 and a comfy sofa which can be turned into a double bed.
  • The bathroom is modern and has a spacious shower. Other equipment includes a mirror and 2 handy shelves where you can keep towels or toiletries.
  • There is a washing machine and a dryer, allowing you to tackle your laundry fast and efficiently!
  • There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area which can also be used as a heater.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is exterior, and both the bedroom and living area have windows facing a busy street. However, your sleep won't be disturbed, as this home is fitted with good quality windows which isolate most of the street noise.
  • The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but it is otherwise well-equipped with a varied range of modern appliances and accessories, including an electric stove and a microwave.

How to book
