Located 13 minutes from the beach and around the corner from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, this flat features a bedroom with twin beds and an open-plan kitchen that connects to the living room. From here, tenants can access the exterior balcony with views of the street. The apartment is excellently equipped, featuring air conditioning and a washing machine in addition to a dryer. You will be within a few minutes walk from the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella and there are two metro stations within walking distance. With its prime location and top of the line amenities, tenants will live in comfort and style with this 45 m2 apartment as their base.
