Luxurious one bedroom apartment with one bathroom located in Numancia street, in the Les Corts neighborhood. This beautiful residential area is a main financial district of the city, therefore it offers a great election of restaurants and bars. In this area you will also find the grounds of the mighty Barcelona Football Club, Camp Nou. This fantastic exterior apartment is brand new, and the total floor area is 60 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • The open plan kitchen and living area is spacious and very bright, featuring two large windows with beautiful street views.
  • The apartment is brand new and well-appointed, offering a great selection of modern furniture and appliances.
  • The bathroom features a large bath tub where you can relax with a hot bubble bath after a long day at work or exploring the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord has several apartments within this building, and a few of them are very similar to this one.
  • There is a handy sofa bed in the living room to welcome guests.
