Spotahome's opinion

This apartment is functional and perfect for a couple or individual. It has a cute living room/kitchen, one bedroom and en ensuite bathroom. Located in a very attractive area this flat is 35 m² on the 5th floor and has a lift.

What we liked the most

  • The flat is up to date and even includes AC, which will be great for keeping cool in the hot summer.
  • The location is outstanding, on the slopes of Montjuic. Not only are you surrounded by great tourist attractions such as the wonderful Magic Fountain and the many museums in the area, but you also have easy access to great parks (with amazing panoramas of the city), sports facilities and shopping. not to mention the nightlife just a short walk away in the tapas bars of Poble-Sec.

Things to keep in mind

  • This flat is interior and gets its light from a light well. While it will be nice and quiet there will not be as much light as an exterior flat.
  • The kitchen does not have an oven.
