This stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a 60 m² footprint on Carrer de Santa Àgata in Gràcia. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedrooms have single beds. The living room, meanwhile, has a sofa, table and chairs and TV as well as a large window.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 15-minute walk of this apartment, and the Vila de Gràcia Square is also within walking distance. Pompeu Fabra University is around half an hour away by bus.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • There is a terrace which can be accessed through the kitchen.
  • The bathroom has a large mirror, shower, toilet and sink.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
