This is a spacious and welcoming 1-bedroom apartment, available to rent on Carrer de la Torre in Gràcia. The apartment is really bright and sunny, a wonderfully cheerful space. There is a big open-plan living room with a well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with sofas and a dining table. From this room you will also have access to the terrace, that overlooks the pedestrian street. The bedroom has a big double bed and a huge built-in wardrobe, plus windows with electrically operated blackout shutters.

You'll be living in the west of the city, but with good transport connections to the centre. There's plenty of shopping on nearby streets, inlcuding a Caprabo supermarket a minute's walk away. You can walk to the summit of the hill in nearby Parc del Turó de Putxet, in about 15 minutes. There's lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is all modern and new, completely spotless.
  • Although the apartment is exterior, it will be quieter than most as there is no traffic noise from the street.
  • From the top of the hill in El Parc del Turó de Putxet you can get amazing views of the whole city.
  • Perhaps the best Thai restaurant in the city, El Petit Bangkok, is just around the corner.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen in this apartment does not have an oven. However it is well equipped with everything else you will need.
