A stylish 3-bedroom apartment with AC and an enormous terrace is available to rent in Gràcia, just next to Gaudí's incredible Park Güell. The property has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch your favorite Netflix shows, or share a delicious meal at the large dining table with family or flatmates. The modern kitchen is large and has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a big fridge-freezer, a coffeemaker, and a small breakfast nook.

All the rooms in the apartment are sunny and spacious, each with either a double or single bed. There are 2 lovely, full bathrooms in the property, 1 of which is ensuite. In a laundry room, you'll also find a washing machine to use.

But, if you're looking for the best part of this apartment, just head upstairs: the enormous rooftop terrace looks like the perfect place for some drinks with guests!

You'll be living in Gràcia, 1 of Barcelona's most upscale, tranquil neighborhoods. The apartment is just a short walk from the iconic Park Güell, where you can admire the stunning architecture and artwork while spending a lovely day under the sun.
