A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and AC is available to rent next to the iconic Park Güell in Gràcia. The apartment has a sunny and stylish living room, where you can relax on the cozy, tan sofa and watch TV, share a meal with guests at the large dining table, or step out onto the enormous patio for some sun and fresh air in the morning.

The modern kitchen is large and has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. The bedroom is also spacious, with a comfy double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and additional access to the gorgeous terrace. The bathroom has lovely tiling throughout, as well as a large shower, a heated towel rack, and lots of storage space under the sink for all your things.

You'll be living in Gràcia, 1 of Barcelona's most upscale, tranquil neighborhoods. The apartment is just a short walk from the iconic Park Güell, where you can admire the stunning architecture and artwork while spending a lovely day under the sun. Near the apartment, you'll also find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques to browse.
