Spotahome's opinion

The apartment opens out onto a large living area, complete with furnishings, storage, television and dining area, with a wonderful white decor. The living room gets a lot of light and also has a lot of floor space to add a sense of openness to the lower area of the property. Opposite the living room lies the kitchen, which is fully furnished with utensils, a gas stove, washing machine and plenty of counter space.

From the kitchen, you can take a small set of stairs to get up to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is nicely tiled with a shower-over-bath, sink and toilet plus some storage space. And to save on storage space in the bedroom, the upper level also has a closet and other storage before getting to the bedroom.

The bedroom is beautiful, furnished with a double bed featuring 2 nightstands, a large chests of drawers, an armchair, and 3 mirrors to add even more natural light to the apartment.

El Born is a central and trendy part of Barcelona, so get used to evenings out with tapas, bars and walks to the beach! The apartment is also a 7-minute walk from Parque de la Ciudadela, a local hotspot for beauty and relaxation!
