This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Pontevedra, in La Barceloneta, is stylishly decorated and comes equipped with air conditioning. The open plan kitchen and living area open opens out onto a balcony, and the bedroom comes furnished with a double bed.

The apartment is located in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Barcelona, close to numerous bars and restaurants. The beach is just 2 minutes from your front door, and the area is well-connected by public transport to travel around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The charming living area will make a fantastic space to relax at the end of the day.
  • You will live just steps from La Barceloneta beach, where you can surf, swim, and relax in the sun.
  • There are beautifully tiled floors which will be easy to clean.
  • The apartment is on a quiet street, but in a vibrant neighbourhood.
  • The modern kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including an oven and microwave.
  • Xavier the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, but it is otherwise well equipped.
  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
  • The television will be mounted onto the wall by the time you move in.
