This is a beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom apartment. The living room area is large and welcoming, with warm colours, natural light that enters through the balcony door, stylish light fixtures and a comfortable sectional sofa. There is a glass-top dining table with chairs in this area, as well. The balcony offers gorgeous views over the rest of the city with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

This apartment is in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The nearest grocery store is only a 3-minute walk from your front door. There is even a bakery right across the street from this building. Here, you are surrounded by green parks with walking paths and picturesque picnic spots. In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to the southwest and arrive at the Parc de Can Buxeres, or head east and land at the Parque de Les Planes.
