This elegant and sunny house, with A/C and stunning wooden floors, is available to rent in a central location on Pasaje Caminal. The house has a gorgeous kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and has a stylish wood dining table with room for 4 people. There is a relaxed living area, which can be closed of by a curtain and used as a second bedroom, where you will find a comfy double bed (which serves as a couch and bed), a TV and some cupboards for storage. The bedroom has a double bed, a sizable built-in wardrobe and some nice artwork.
The property is located in the sunny, central and relaxed area of Poblenou. The beach is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment and on the way you will find lots of nice cafés and bars where you can stop and get refreshed. The city center can easily be reached thanks to the metro and there are lots of small friendly shops in the streets outside where you can buy all your basic amenities.
