This terrific little 1-bedroom penthouse apartment for rent on Carrer Villafranca is ideal for post-graduate students or professionals. On the top floor of a four-story building, this “atico” has a fabulous furnished terrace that you can access from the bedroom or the open-plan kitchen dining and living room. There is a 2-seat table and a sofa bed, just in case you have a guest for the night and there is an ample amount of light!

Gràcia is one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Barcelona. It’s filled with a blend of excited tourists and more eccentric bohemian locals. In a way, you get the best of two world here. On the one hand, hotspots like the stunning Park Güell is only a 7-minute walk. On the other hand, the Sotacabina Theater is only 2 minutes away. You’ll also find some terrific local bars. Better still, if you are a creative professional, then you might be interested in checking out Betahaus, which is a co-working and event venue, just 1 minute from your door.
