This 50  m² 2-bedroom apartment for rent is in a very central location with all of the amenities that you will need.

It has a compact yet fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room where you can curl up with a good book or a cup of coffee or tea and two stylishly decorated bedrooms with either a single bed or a double bed.

It also comes with A/C, heating, a balcony and large windows, which let in a lot of natural light into the apartment.

The bedrooms are fully furnished and they both have large wardrobes and shelving so that you can not only comfortably store all of your personal belongings, but so you can add some decorations, too, to make you feel right at home.

If you choose to live in Barrio de Gràcia, you will get the best of both worlds: close proximity to Barcelona's city center and a quiet, yet fun neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy your home.

You will have many cafés, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets conveniently located just minutes from your door.

There are also several metro stations in the area where you can go explore other parts of the city, go to the beach, stay in the area and try one of the many tapas bars or check out the city's most beautiful park, Parc Güell.

For a quick drink and a bite to eat, try Ceverceria Lesseps, just off the main street for some tasty Spanish tapas.

  • It has A/C and heating to keep you comfortable in all seasons.
  • Bedroom 1 has a balcony with the washing machine on it.
  • Larges wardrobes and shelving in both bedrooms.
  • Neighborhood is quiet but it is a very authentic Catalan community.
