This apartment has lots of character in Barcelona's L’Eixample Esquerra neighborhood. The apartment features unique decorative flooring and a stylish brick wall in the living room. It is fully furnished, with central AC and heating. There is a balcony with a washing machine and a rack to dry clothes.

L’Eixample Esquerra is a popular and vibrant neighborhood with lots of historic Modernist architecture. You won't have to look far for groceries, restaurants, art and nightlife. The apartment is within walking distance from the city center and the Plaça d'Espanya. Nearby college campuses and a thriving gay scene also lend energy to this area.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a unique style, with patterned flooring and an exposed brick wall.
  • The location is very desirable and the Metro is two blocks away.
  • Both bedrooms have nice-sized double beds and windows for natural light.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord does not live in the property but he comes to Barcelona occasionally and will contact the tenant to stay in bedroom 1.
