This 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Sant Vincenç in El Raval. The 30 m² apartment has a brand new interior, with a spotless modern kitchen and a dining area. The bathroom is small but contemporary, like the rest of the apartment. The bedroom is spacious, and has a balcony overlooking the street.

You'll be living very centrally in the city, close to the historic Barri Gòtic. The location is perfect for students, just a short walk away from Universitat de Barcelona, but will also be ideal for professionals who work in central areas of the city. Nearby you can find absolutely everything you'll need for day-to-day life, for culture, and to treat yourself, from restaurants to cinemas, supermarkets to museums.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been newly renovated, but we love the original wooden beams left in the bedroom.
  • There's a lovely little balcony overlooking the picturesque street.
  • Student? You really couldn't live much closer to class. It's less than 10-minutes walk to Universitat de Barcelona.
  • This is a wonderful location to get to know the city – all of the history and culture of Barcelona and Catalonia can be explored in the nearby districts.
