This 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on Ronda del General Mitre, Sarria Sant Gervasi, is brand new and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate living area with a sofa and dining table for 4.

This area will make a great base to explore the city, home to the Park El Parc del Turó del Putxet, Parc de Monterols, restaurants and shops. You will find a Mercadona supermarket nearby, and other amenities are also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located in a brand new building.
  • There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
  • Clothilde the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout, including storage space under the bed.
  • The apartment has central AC for those hot summer months.
