This is a gorgeous 110 m² 3-bedroom apartment for rent in Sant Gervasi, an upscale yet elegant suburb west of Barcelona. It's a very modern-style apartment with a luxurious large master bedroom with its own A/C and heating units as well as a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a huge terrace, from where you can watch an amazing sunset or sunrise or enjoy a lovely, relaxing breakfast outside. The other rooms are very practical yet spacious and you will have plenty of space to cook all your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy them in either the cozy living room or lovely dinning area.

Sant Gervasi is a very elegant residential neighborhood near Barcelona and it's not too far away from the Tibidado mountain. It's reasonably close to the popular area of Gràcia where you can enjoy a visit to Parc Güell, one of Gaudí's masterpiece creations. Or you can stay local and try new restaurants and tapas bars in your own new area, like Can Punyetes, which is just around the corner! You won't need to go far to find what you're looking for as numerous shops, banks, cafés and supermarkets such as Mercadona, a well-known Spanish grocery chain, that is only a 5-minute walk away!

What we liked the most

  • It has lots of natural light and big spacious rooms.
  • There are numerous bars and restaurants where you can have a drink, some tapas and hang out with friends.
  • Enjoy the peace and quiet of a suburb while staying well-connected to the city!
  • It has A/C in the summer for those long, hot summer nights in the Catalan capital.
